Please be advised that FedEx will be carrying out 3 updates during weekend offpeak times throughout September that may affect your Online Business. If you are using Fedex as your integrated shipping calculator, you will be unable to process transactions during the following periods:
- From Saturday Sept. 4, 2010 9:00PM US Central Time to Sunday Sept. 5, 2010 2:00AM US Central Time - Rating, shipping and tracking systems in the Fedex Production environment will be unavailable for 5 hours. This means your customers will not be able to have their delivery rates calculated if they try to make orders during this Fedex maintenance window.
- From Wednesday Sept. 8, 2010 8:00AM US Central Time to Sunday Sept. 8, 2010 5:00PM US Central Time - The Fedex Test Environment will be unavailable for 9 hours. This will not affect your customers but may affect you if you have planned tests during that time.
- From Saturday Sept. 18, 2010 9:00PM US Central Time to Saturday Sept. 18, 2010 11:00PM US Central Time - Rating, shipping and tracking systems in the Fedex Production environment will be unavailable for 2 hours. This means your customers will not be able to have their delivery rates calculated if they try to make orders during this Fedex maintenance window.
